DEVO 10 "Throttle Stick" message won't turn off.. HELP!!!

Hey everyone! I'm very very new to Quads, and I don't know where else to go. When I turn on my Devo 10 It keeps telling me that the throttle Stick is on, but it's all the way down... I've also The flight switch error will come on and I simply put it to 0 position and the message is gone but nothing happens with the throttle stick when I move it... I can't get into the menu. Please any help would be great!

Try working the Throttle Trim button.

Completely remove your batteries for a while.

I have tried the throttle trim button and it didn't have an effect... but I'll try removing the batteries for a while. Thanks for replying I really appreciate it!

How about holding down EXT, then turning it on.

Unfortunately nothing is working... when I hold down EXT, then turning it on it just says program update.... and stays there I left in on for about an hour or so but nothing. I think I have to take it to a hobby store. The place I bought it from won't give me a return... But I really appreciate your help Jackson!

Do this, you got nothing to lose. You know the EXT button seems to work.

Grab both FW, start with the 100mw, if that don't take try the 10mw FW.

Who knows, seems easy enough and it's always best to have the latest FW anyway.

I finally got it to work and then this...I still need to update for sure... I was flying last night and it was fine. Then I turned it on today and it looks like this... It's not the batteries I have changed them out like 3 times with new ones.. Do you have any ideas on whta the problem could be

Did you try unplugging the power (not just restarting it)?
