Cleanflight / SP Racing F3 clone IO issue

Hi everyone,

Here is the build in question, my first: DYS 1806 Motor Afro 20A w/ BEC SP Racing F3 (clone) Fly Sky FS-T6 Standard 250 frame 5in1 PDB Nano-tech 1300mAH Batteries

So, i'm working on configuring the receiver right now. The SP Racing has this weird thing where PWM channels are spread across the two IO ports. I can hook it all up right but instead of the "Roll, throttle, Yaw, Pitch" channels moving in clean flight, I can ONLY get Aux 1-4 to move. I've tried every combination of hooking the Receiver up and I can't get the main channels to move only the AUX channels. Could it be a setup issue in the Transmitter? Part of me things it's my clone board.

TLDR: The easiest way to describe it is i've only got 4 inputs according to cleanflight and my board, and they're assigned to AUX 1-4 and not roll, pitch, etc

Here is a video:

I don't know if this is any help but I found out I had my receiver plugged into the wrong side. Also there's SP F3 flight controller videos that Jackson linked me to and Like you said I recall the PWM channels are slpit in half between both plugs or something. one side has your aux switches the other has your control I think. I didn't pay that close attention because I'm running PPM. The Video series is on youtube called painless 360. I'll try to find Jackson's link.

Try this. It might be what you are looking for.

It would also be worth reading up on your Tx and find out if you have to assign channels or something. I found I at had to adjust directions in my TX, because I couldn't figure out how to do it in Cleanflight, being a newb to it.
