CL_RACING F4S WITH XSR PROBLEM please help

I just built my first FPV drone with CL_RACING F4S AND FRSKY XSR. And my controller is not working. I included what I have done below. After doing all this, when I move my throttle etc, nothing is being received by headlight. Please help. The only thing I seem to come up with is the data being inverted. But not sure.


(Wired)

SBUS From XSR to SBUS on CL_Racing F4s FC


Smarport from XSR to TELE on CL_Racing F4s FC


(PORTS)

UART1 set serial RX on

UART3 set Telemetry output to Smartport


(Betaflight)

In CONFIGURATION

set RECEIVER MODE to Serial Based Receiver

Set Serial Receiver Provider to SBUS


(Receiver)

Channel map set to FrSky

And cannot get my radio to work. It is blinded. After I go into betaflight and do all my settings. When I move my toggles on my radio, betaflight is not showing connections. Frusterated

Have you noted this?
FrSky X-series Module & X9D & X9DP &X9E & X12S in D16 mode.

（XSR is not work with D-series Module）

The LBT version of XSR receiver is only work with FrSky D16-LBT Mode.

I do not understand. I have seen the xsr work with the taranis x9d on other builds. Now I am definately confused. Sorry for being so green.
 
It is blinded already. It is like it is blinded but some other setting I think in the radio is off. Not sure just guessing. I have been on this for almost a week and am getting nowhere.
