Cheerson cx 20 pitch help

Hi new here and to quadcopters, I have a cx20 with a brushless gimbal and go pro.
I flew the copter the other day in a bit of wind nothing drastic but the wind was taking it away I was pointing it opposite with full pitch and it wouldn't come back.
I had to send it really low to the ground and it finally came back to me, I'm wondering is there a way so I can change the pitch so it could beat a bit of wind, should I have this problem or is it a fault with the copter.
Also withe the gimbal and go pro on it seems to struggle with the weight, if I let of seems to plummet fast and with throttle on takes a long time to correct its self. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Hi the wind didn't seem that much it was on Monday, but it was on a open field.
It's like it needs to pitch more to combat the wind. I put my trim up full too,
Well yes I'm hoping the limits can be adjusted but not sure how yet, I'm doing some research but not found to much

How is anything else adjusted? You may have to edit the firmware and re flash.

Yes everything else seems ok, I have had a few probs with the return to home function as it came to me one time then just dropped about 10ft to the ground, I have tried to recalibrate the compass so I hope that should solve it or it was just a one off. Il look into reflashing and start from scratch, I connected it to my computer last night and got the drivers etc and was showing on my PC.
I know the wind is worse high up that's why I had to drop it, I think it should of easy been able to handle the amount there was, or just to pitch and go faster to beat the bit of wind.
Cheers

Also I've seen about taking the cover off and calibrating the esc by plugging the motors one by one and is ment to be a better way, I'm going to give that a go

It came with a manual but doesn't really give you much options for doing anything with it, just about the controls and trimmings etc

The pathetic excuse for a User Manual is one thing that turned me off to the CX 20.

That's it.

LOL.

Yes it tells you nothing, but just downloaded software and gone through it and it has let me change the settings and angles, so I'm hoping it is going to work, I've not tested yet but will let you all know soon as I do

Well I downloaded the software and managed to get into the parametres I did the same settings as that link, just flown it before and it's loads better and faster, I'm well happier with it now.
Thanks to you both for the help and input
