Can someone please help me out?

So I recently built a quad and since I first started up the motors I noticed the back left motor stops almost instantly when I kill the throttle. To the touch it seems as though the magnets are a tiny bit stronger but it still allows me to spin it freely. I want to know if there is a simple fix or if I should purchase a new esc or motor. Thank you so much guys. (new to this forum btw)

How does it fly?

Check the length of your motor mounting screws and make sure that they aren't too long and hitting the windings.

Some things to do before you start replacing.

Recalibrate your ESCs.
Swap the motor out with another, making sure you have the correct rotation and prop.

Well it's pretty responsive only thing it really has trouble with is back flips. It seems to want to roll a bit to the left. Just got finished testing it out.... Didn't end well haha rip to my props. I tried recalibrating my esc and it did not fix it. Perhaps a faulty solder point could cause this?
