As the topic says: What went wrong?

Hi Chop I would see if you can fit a shim in between the motor bottom and the C clip that holds the shaft you dont want play in the motor

are you sure it's not a sync issue between your motors and ESC's, same as I was having, elsewhere in this forum section ?

Since you've not swapped your motors out, and not mentioned changing the settings in the ESCs, that could still be there, no ?

Of course i am not sure. Anything is possible.
I have exchanged every esc with KISS ESCs. They can spin 14 pole motors with 42000rpm. At 3s my Motors would spin max 25200rpm. And KISS ESCs have some of the best sync capabillitys.
I'm going to swapp the ESCs around in my quad and see what happens. Maybe some other motor will freak out then. If yes -> ESC issue. If not -> naze issue.
I will also attach a buzzer to the naze. Are there any "beep codes" ?

Shipping times are actually really good here. ~3-6 days without express. I have now got the build together, and tested in cleanflight. 3 motors were fine, one esc had no signal. (why the f***?)
In anoher test one of the good running motors was smoking -> disconected everything the same second lol
If oneshot125 was somehow still activated in the naze, but not on the esc, could that have caused problems?

Anyways, i'm loosing motivation on repairing it. Do you have any multicopter recommendations? (i somehow prefere easy builds now lol)
