Okay, I'm not an idiot, but I'm an idiot. Ha ha, actually I'm an aircraft heavy structures mechanic, so the fact that I cant figure out how to make the rotor blades spin via the AT9 controller is, well, it's frustrating.

Yes power is on.

Yes, on both the controller and RC.

And while we're at it, is there a manual for this thing? That will instruct me how to engage the engines/ change the light pattern/ et cetera?

Oh, and this is not a home build. It came assembled and calibrated, both the controller and rc.

Thanks,

It's using a CC3D I think. You should have provided a link to exact quad you got.

Turn on transmitter then the quad's RX. Pull the throttle stick down then right, if that don't do it try down then left.

How is it going with the Arris, I put mine on the shelf I cannot get the setting to the point where I can fly without crashing. I have two others which fly fine but the arris just dives to the ground and there is no recovery. I think I am going to change out the controller, the current one does not seem to respond to programming like others that I have used. This is Openpilot, and I really don't like their software configuration.
