I live over here in PA and have the same weather, I just got back in from flying. This cold doesn't stop me, just my batteries. Our cats are happy I'm not good enough yet to actually fly inside.

Told my wife the story, she laughed and a bit more than I thought proper .... In that video the helicopter sounded like it suddenly kicked in a jet engine. Was there a jet passing over? BTW, SUPER COOL!!!

I had the same issue with my WLtoys V686G running slowly after a bout a week of flying. I replaced the motors and she ran like new again! They are cheap, so buy several sets, you'll be happy you did.

Personally I use 1200 and 850mha batteries in my toy drone (it's designed for 730mha) so I can fly for much longer. I shed the extra weight of the batteries by removing the prop guards. I have to duc tape the battery to the top of the drone, but I'm not into racing, just learning and practicing...
