Can't livestream from drone to app.

Hi. I have just bought a Syma X25Pro, and everything is ok with it, except that after I downloaded the Syma FPV+ app, (so that I can do all the functions it says it can do on the box), although it says it is connected (red 'WiFi' icon on the screen in the app), it won't do anything else.

The connection light on the camera turns solid green, which means it has found the WiFi connection, the app opens and shows the red WiFi connected sign, but nothing else works or shows up. If I click on the 'Camera' icon on the app, which should show me the live stream from the camera, nothing happens - the screen stays the same grey colour. The same happens with the 'Photo' button.

This app is supposed to give live streaming, map function for planning a flying route, 'follow-me' function and much more, but none of these happen, which means all I have is a pretty expensive drone that does nothing but fly for ten minutes! I want to see what/where I'm flying over on my phone - that's what I bought the drone for.

I have looked online for answers, but can't find any. I also tried downloading other apps, such as the Syma Fly app (it only does flight control of the drone through the phone app, it doesn't livestream video or any other functions), the Syma Go app (it just doesn't open) and the Syma FPV app (it opens for a split second then shuts down).

I was going to ask Syma direct, but their Chinese to English is diabolical - even the instruction leaflet takes some working out!
So, i thought I would ask on here first and see if anyone knows what the problem could be.

Thanks for that Jackson, but this video was the first thing I watched after taking the drone out of its box. I followed it to the letter......what I have noticed though, is that the app in the video looks nothing like the app on my phone! (Same app tile, but completely different inside once opened)
As I said in my original post - I've tried downloading all other Syma apps but none work. The Syma FPV+ app is the only one that connects to the drone and opens up once I press the start button, but that's as far as it goes. None of the menu buttons do anything.

Sorry for the delay - been working away all week....................Yes, I've done all the geomagnetic stuff, but what relevance would that have to the app not showing the live feed from the camera anyway?
I've also got another problem now as well.................a new post is just going onto the forum about it.
