I filmed just up to the border of the no fly zone around this beautiful mosque in Indonesia.
I would very much appreciate it if you guys would let me know in the poll, if you think the music suits the video. Any other criticism or feedback would be great.

 
I liked it for the effort. But no the music is not matching the scenery. The first shot & pan was too fast. WTF am I saying I ain't got a clue.
 
an fpv vid over teh internet is open context, you could throw any kind of music and it would be a new experience, until the viewer decided they knew what kind of experience the producer intends. you're going for stately, reverent i guess, and it takes several seconds for that to resolve for me.

towards that, i'd say, maybe slower fades, but tbh in 45 seconds from the other side of the world, i had no idea what was going to be next. plus i spent yesterday recording a bunch of ..robo acid with "chaos" synthesis.

the camera looks nice to me. i'm not big on video but the colours look nice and the reception is good. i'm looking forward to making some videos with reception as part of the medium, i notice a soft kind of fuzz before you get bands of discolouration with analog, i think it adds something, especially for the things i want to record. (i like to make consciousness of the medium forefront).

Maybe you'll find this guy's one man effort interesting. He shot it at 24fps then further tweaked it with Filmconvert by Adobe.


This is no random series of shots, the man's got some mad skills. :)
