Arris c250 RTF

I'm a nube and recently purchased the Arris c250 rtf fpv package. It worked fine until the battery slipped off the back and caught one of the props cutting it up. Fortunately it wasn't high up in the air, it fell about 5feet when i cut the throttle. I inspected the quad and found no problems visually. 3 weeks later when new batteries arrived i thought everything was fine, plugged in the battery the esc's engaged, but when i went to give it a little throttle nothing happened. So went home plugged it into cleanflight and everything works motor spins when i engage it with the computer, transmitter shows movement on screen when i throttle and pitch and roll and yaw. The transmitter is a Flysky FS-i6 that came with the copter. I need help, any suggestions or support is much appreciated.

What it could be the power wires from the Quad to where it plug in to the battery has been cut or a solder joint is broke loose. You might have to look real close to see it. I'm new to this hobby to.

Thank you jmdlcar for the response...I actually figured it out. Turns out that while I was using my Flysky transmitter with the fpv freerider simulator I had to adjust the trims on the game to match it's centered parameters. In doing so it off-set my actual center, so when I tried to engage the throttle the motors weren't responding ( i guess as a failsafe? not actual failsafe. ) Anyhow just by chance I was watching a youtube video of a guy calibrating his transmitters endpoints and he pointed out that if in cleanflight they are not centered at 1500 the copter will not engage. And sure enough when I plugged back into cleanflight they were off a bit, so I trimmed to where it needed it to be at 1500 on center...and bingo they were spinning : )

And that good you fix it.

I believe the magic number is 1500 on all those setting. Make sure they are all 1500.

And you forgot to say you were playing freerider simulator I had to adjust the trims on the game or I could have told you that to.

I have watch 100 or more YouTube video in the last 9 months..

You realize the i6 has 20 different models available, that can be used for 20 different/distinct TX settings.
