rebound TX to RX no controls

Ok , kinda the same stuff I went through ! While the alternative would be to replace, return and yet wait another 2 or 3 weeks for what you hope will be the RTF we can still do what we can prior to doing so , ok before we get into libre pilot , do you know how to get in the menu mode of your TX ? If so I would go in there and look at the stick settings make sure you are set up with right stick pitch and roll and left stick throttle and yaw , go and make sure you are not in trainer or student mode

I don't have many details, but it almost sounds like your receiver wire sare plugged into the FCB incorrectly or your channels are not set right. Best advise I've heard is to download Librepilot and do a complete setup

I will try both. I think I know how. That's where you push the two silver knobs in towards eachother and then turn on th tx? Once I get into the menu and check on all thathough. . . And if I am in trainer or student then what would I switch it to? And I tried the complete setup on my last eachine through open pilot and went through all the steps but when I was finished my tx woldnt control my machine for some reason but I will do libre pilot this time. Is there a more in depth instruction manual somewhere on line for the eachine besides the basic one that comes in the box?

If you can get into TX menus make sure you are in stick mode and Check to make sure that throttle and yaw is on the left stick and pitch and roll is on the right , I've built 2 from scratch a lot to check before you just go into libre pilot and start from scratch

Howww Muuch $700 nearly 2 weeks wages. And Here's me with my Ev800 saving for some Red 22 Emax or cobras. Have to get some more hours in.

Soon will be , lol I've been racing other quads at an air field I'm getting better ! My goal is to start professional fpv racing in a year ! I hope !

Tons of youtube videos available like this
My fpv monitor is showing video when I power my drone and the monitor and also I can title the led's with my radio. And my radio is showing tx and rx power when I turn it on. The only thing I vant do is control my esc's and my motors. I tried to unlock my motors the conventional way and also the way the seller suggested but to no avail. I am at a loss as to how to proceed. Any help will be appreciated. I tried to download libre pilot but my computer will not run it for some reason. Can I do the same thing with open pilot because I have that and it runs.

I'm having a similar issue as others, I installed new ESC's today ( little bee 20A B-heli ) and for some reason the Transmitter is now as good as dead ( TGY-i6)-( TGY-iA6)
The motors all work, and can be calibrated via the LibrePilot wizard, but when it comes to the TX setup, nothing happens.
I've done a full refresh of the CC3D a couple times, and gone through the wizard from the start a few times. Seems to work fine.

Then I tried re-Binding the TX and RX , which never completes just says ( Binding.....) and never progresses.
Though when I restart, the TX does show up on the RX screen with flashing low battery, and the LED on it is shining solid red which I believe means it's paired.

I did notice in the Controller Configuration screen, where it has the options for ( Type, Number, Values )
The numbers where set to zero, I tried matching these to my stick control channels, didn't do anything.
If this is the same problem you guys were having I'd love to hear what the fix was in a bit more detail.
cheers.

ok , first is when you bind the transmitter , make sure when you put your binding cable on the RX and the battery on it notice the blinking light on the RX then press the bind button and turn the TX on hold the bind button down keep your thumb on that button until you see the RX light with a slower or solid light , once you see that then turn off the TX unplug the battery then the bind cord after that plug your batt back in the RX and then turn your TX on, you should see the light go solid or slow blink.

now for the ESC's , make sure you have everything wired and put together , I USE LIBRE-PILOT due to the fact that open pilot does not exist for me anymore same guys who made OP made LP so go throught the program , make sure all props are removed transmitter is turned off you will go through the set up and then come to the transmitter set up once you get to the second page of this set up turn your TX on and then continue at the end of the TX set up you will come to a page that sets your arming , when you flash your FC its automatically set to always disarmed so yiou will have to choose how to arm it I always use YAW left. after that is done press save once saved then unplug your quad from the pc turn everything off then plug batt into quad turn tx on and arm it you should be ready to go.

Hey Rotor69 thanks for the description.
That's pretty much what I've been doing, I followed the instructions on a youtube video that was the same. The binding seems to work actually.
The light starts off already blinking slow, then switch off and on again, makes it a solid red.

But when it comes to TX setup in librepilot, nothing happens. It asks to move the sticks, when I do, it doesn't register anything.

I just tried again to be sure and fried my RX by accident, too much juice. :( had such bad times with this quad.
I got 2 weeks of use out of the quad before stuff went wrong, that was almost 2 months ago, been in pieces ever since.
Just want to get back out there and fly.

Thanks for the offer!
Will let you know if the next RX gives me trouble.

Most lot of the "bad luck" I've experienced is my own fault, ordered wrong ESC's first time because I didn't read carefully enough, just fried RX because I was in a rush.
I also wasted a lot of time trying to find good deals, and eventually a lot of money because cheap doesn't last. All lessons learned :)

I'm going to wire up am RX plug to a usb plug and use that to power the RX for binding next time. No chance of another fire.
