Sketchy Banggood US warehouse availability for Nihui U807?

I'm jonesing to buy a U807 as a more acrobatic version than my beginner X5C-1. I just missed a flash sale at Gearbest and now they are sold out, the only one I can find is at Banggood via this link http://us.banggood.com/Wholesale-Wa...-Camera-RC-Quadcopter-RTF-wp-Usa-1007027.html

Yet a chat with the Banggood service rep to confirm it is truly available from the US Warehouse..and they say it "isn't available for delivery to my area"????? Eh? They don't even know where my area is!

Can someone with more chinese US Warehouse buying experience guide me on whether it is available? I don't think I want to wait for it to arrive from China.
 
A couple of things:

Yeah, great quad. I bought two of them during the recent gearbest flash sale. A second one for me and one for my brother. That price was amazing.

As far as banggood goes, if they show it as available from the US warehouse and you can successfully put one in your cart and go through the checkout transaction I wouldn’t worry about it. Forget about talking to them as that usually just confuses things.

Have ordered from both BG and GB on a fairly regular basis and have had no problems. Yeah, shipping from China is longer but again I’ve had no problems with that option.

Lots of 'em on Fleabay for under 40 bucks. But yeah, I won't buy from the BG US warehouse, I paid $126 for a set of motors. AND $26 shipping PLUS a $46 invoice from FedEx for their part in the fiasco.

As mentioned above, looks like you can get one on the Bay for <$40. There's one seller who has the quad that comes with a transmitter but no camera. For me that's fine. This is a snappy sport flyer and having a camera is pretty much a waste of time.
