My Quadcopter controls seemed to have changed?

Hey guys,

So i bought a little toy quad to learn to fly with, found here. It's been flying pretty well and can take a pretty good beating for such a small quad, however 2 days ago i had a pretty hard crash (free fall of about 25m) and the drone landed on one of the props. The other 3 motors are fine, but one of the (presumably the one it landed on) was stuck in and wouldnt spin freely. I was able to fix this by following the tutorial found here.

After the repairs were complete i went for a test flight and everything was running as normal again. However, all of a sudden the controls seemed to have swapped. My left stick seems to only control thrust, whilst my right stick seems to control yaw and pitch? As in, i can move up and down on my left stick, but it no longer has ya, and i can move backwards and forwards on my right stick, but moving it left and right does a (kind of) yaw turn.

Is it possible one of my motors are damaged? I have no idea on this and have completely scoured the internet on this, as well as my manual that came with the quad. I've read about different controller modes, however, to the best of my knowledge, this controller is not capable of other controller modes.

Im praying someone can help, cos this has me completely stumped!

Yeah, i've attached a photo of the manual, however i have done this multiple times. Would it be worth noting that the quad features headless mode aswell? Is there some possible sync mixup going on ?

EDIT: All my props are on in the correct order, and the previously mentioned motor has a miniscule bend on the shaft, but the quad is still able to take off and maneuver to some extent, so this would lead me to believe its not a motor issue

Again, i went for a quick test flight after the crash and subsequent repairs and everything was working okay... The bow in the shaft is tiny, and still allows the prop to spin freely... Are you sure this could be the cause?

Nothing at all..... It was running fine, then i went to align the trimming, and pressed that a couple of time, and then its mysteriously malfunctioning. Id like to think its just that i've accidentally switched the mode by pushing a "magic combination" of trimming buttons, but i have spent a solid hour mashing all the trim buttons in different patterns and combo's trying to change it back, but to no avail. The manual doesnt mention anything about transmitter modes, and given that this is a cheap chinese import sold mostly by a wholesale distributor to smaller electronics stores, there is literally no documentation of this model of quad online.

Im thinking about just taking it back, as its under warranty, would it be best to do that at this point? Because i really just wanna get back to flying asap

Yes, that is actually, although that is a much nicer, rebranded version of my Quad :p

Given that this says it only supports the one transmitter mode, it must definitely be a hardware fault, yes ?
