Drone advice

Hello guys, I want to buy a drone that can fly more than 20 minutes on single battery while carrying around 0.5-1kg (1.1-2.2 pounds). And also is should have enough power to fly in wind. I have phantom 3 and wind is a problem. Any suggestions?

Depends on your budget, if wind is a problem for the Phantom 3 then it will be a little hard to mitigate though you could build a hexacopter or octocopter that did not have that plastic shell which catches a lot of air.
 
The Tarot X8 is just the framework. You still need to put everything in it to get it off the ground. For $312.00 for the framework, what's the other costs going to be?
 
Sorry guys for no reply, was busy later.
So budget for fucntional drone with battery controller etc is 1.5-1.8k. Camera might not be included, have GoPro and can mount it
I surfed through internet and found Kongcopter FH800(I already called him KingKong) , liked specs but dont know how durabe it will be.

Its written there that tarrot X8 can last 12-15min? Is that with full load (10kg) or just drone and camera?

So i was flying my phantom 3 in city conditions. And suddenly lost control, first it flew in tree and then fell down.
I think it was wind.
Or can it be problem with signal loss with controller? There were many wires around and WiFi connections.
Sorry for my poor english skills.
