Help with Syma X5SW will not sync...

I cannot get the controller and copter to sync. I have tried everything I can think of. The lights on the copter flash very fast all the time. All batteries are good and dbl checked. Can anyone help?
 
Standard procedure would to plug the battery in, and now you've got your flashing lights. With the throttle stick at zero (down) turn on your transmitter on. Move the throttle stick to full (up) then back to zero (down). Lights should now go solid and you're armed. Next, move both sticks all the way down and to the right, lights will flash quickly for a few seconds then go back to solid. You're gyros & acc are now calibrated and you're ready to fly.
 
Should just return it then...If your battery is properly charged and, the transmitter has good batteries in it and, you followed the proper binding procedure and, it doesnt work then its time to send it back as a defect.

You can find the binding procedure on youtube if seeing how to do it would help more.

I know I'm a bit late but the drone needs to be on fairly flat ground before turning the controller on otherwise it will refuse to connect
