hard to charge

I am using a b6ac charger. I have a new 5000mah battery. I set the charger for 5.0A, it's a 3s, 11.1. Turn on the charger and it says connection interrupted. I check the connection and they are all tight and right. This is the first time to charge a battery so ......any ideas ?

Is the balance lead connected? Do you have it set to balance charge?

Yes I tried it on Balance and Charge. The balance lead is connected.

I set the charger for 5.0A

Knock that down a bit and try again.

I tried it on 4.0A same thing connection break. The battery is new and has never been charger.

You got a multimeter? Check the volts, as a whole and each cell.

I am really new at this....I know how to check total volts but not each cell....the battery is a 3s Floureon 5.0 30c....thanks for any help

What did you get? You got a meter with probes?

If you have a voltmeter with probes, you can check the individual cells through the balance plug. I'm guessing you've got a loose connection internally, in which case you'll get a full 4.2 V reading on one cell and zero on the other
