Ardupilot to Cheerson cx20 USB connection

I have downloaded ardupilot to connect to my cheerson cx20 to make it a little more responsive but every cable I have connected to the laptop and the cheerson gives me a response on my laptop that the usb cable is not recognized by the laptop.

My question is exactly what cable can I buy that will work with the laptop and the cheerson so I can program it.

I went to Best Buy and bought a new USB sync cable thinking that was the problem, and when I plugged it in the laptop says the ;ast usb plugged in was not recognized with the line (device descriptor request failed.) Nothing I have tried has worked so I am at a loss for what to do at this point.

Has anyone been able to get their windows 10 machine to recognize their cheerson cx 20 when plugged in to mission planner? If so, tell me what I have to do to get my windows 10 machine to recognize the cheerson.

I got my echine 250 today and was able to connect to the machine with the windows 10 machine and do the firmware update for the 250, so I thought that if that worked then I might get the cheerson to work with the laptop so I connected everything and started the software. NOTHING. Same message. USB device not recognized. This is really getting me down. I need to change the angle allowance on the cheerson for a steeper angle.

I downloaded the cc3d fc software and went through the entire process including the radio part and everything looks good but I can not arm the motors. This is a bummer.

I found the problem with the motors to be the DEVO rx1002.
I also switched to Librepilot since Ardupilot is not longer supported.

They have the craziest plug layout on their 10 ch rx. Figured it out though and the only problem I am havin now is the artificial horizon is responding in the opposite direction of the quad when I tilt it on the table.
