Need help badly

We bought a X8W Fpv and the drone keeps flashing all four lights and it wont fly at all the control turns on and everything but it just wont work.

Yes we did

When you first turn on the quad the lights should be blinking rapidly. Then when you turn on the radio the blinking slows down and the radio will also start blinking. Is this happening?

Have you checked the instructions to see if there is a way to arm it from the transmitter?

Turn on quad..wait a few seconds...turn on transmitter then move the throttle stick all the way up and all the way back down again..it should make a beep sound letting you know its bound to the quad...It should then power the controls and hopefully work.
