Best live feed drone

Hi there,

im looking for a reasonably priced drone with a live feed image on the receiver (either screen on the receiver or phone holder).

I really like jjrc h8c drone although it doesnt have live feed. Im looking for something around jjrc h8c specs or better for a similar price

You could use this on a build and get hobby quality footage, but it will run you closer to $100 (you could use a cheaper camera) - $200 for the entire FPV system (googles, receiver, and of course the camera). The quality is great, but you may get something close enough for a good bit less.
 
Do you think I could attach this to my cat so I can see were he goes outside? I suspect he's got several more feeding stations around the neighborhood. He would be like an autonomous low flying drone .

Sure, but the challenge would be keeping it from getting knocked around and getting it in a good place to see.
