    Hi everyone!

I'd love to be able to get some advice/help with a malfunctioning gimbal after a crash.

I made this one minute video to show how it is broken and malfunctioning:

So as you can see it still seems to be working to some extent. The gimbal powers on. The camera works and records. But the gimbal stays floppy. It tries to right itself every few seconds but can't. And if I move it hard to one side it freaks out for a second before resuming its limpness.

I've now had two crashes. The first crash was drone error. It dropped 50m out of the sky. Snapped the gimbal plastic but the ribbon cable was intact and it still worked perfectly when glued back together. Still ended up getting a new gimbal from Xiro with a warranty claim. This time I was flying through dense shrubbery. Clipped a branch and droped maybe 2m. Snapped the gimbal but saved ribbon same as last time. Now its does what you saw in the video.

Is it stuffed? Is there anything I can do to save it?

The only place I can find a replacement gimbal and camera (vision kit as xiro call it) is ebay for $280AUD...and they're second hand. Doesn't really seem worth it so hopefully it can be fixed.

    Many thanks in advance.
