Hello all. I'm kinda confused about all the stuff you need to do to fly my new-used drone?? My drone is a DJI Phantom 3 standard. I think it is over 0.55 lbs. Do I need to register it with FAA? Also, I heard I have to take a course or something on drone flying?? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
