Yah really depends what you're asking here you mean like a 4k camera or something high res or you mean like an FPV camera (basically repurposed security/ccd or CMOS based camera) with lower res but typically higher frame rate.
For FPV cams you can easily get one for $50 https://www.racedayquads.com/search?type=product&q=runcam*
^^ I'm a fan of runcam stuff in general and have had overall good experiences with it hence the search also they make a lot of variety of FPV cameras and even one 4K one you can see there in the style of a "mobius". In general runcam isn't known for stellar performance when compared with say GoPro but they are pretty good bang for the buck (look at go pro prices for why the question was hilarious to LoneRanger, also anything more pro than that Canon, Nikon, RED and camera prices get really astronomical).
Options for high res (but still not reaching into that truly pro grade) I'd say are: GoPro, RunCam, and maybe Insta360
