Hi,

As soon as the rotors of my SJRC 4K PRO start, the Wifi connection stops immediately. Any ideas on how to solve this problem ?

Both BANGGOOD and the manufacturer refuse to provide any technical support.

Mine's a JJRC X11 4K which I think is very similar. I do find the 5GHz wifi a bit flaky although the 2.4GHz controller connection is very good. A tip, someone gave me, if you don't already do it, is to switch your 'phone to aeroplane mode then turn the wifi on, before you connect to the drone. That way any other service that might somehow affect connectivity, such as bluetooth etc has been turned off. It made all the difference on mine.

I do get far less phone range than I get with a Bugs 7W, which seems to use similar technology. I don't know why.
 
Hi Gregb49, Thank you for your tip. I have tried it yet in the past but without result. However, I I will try again by putting "plane on" before connecting to wifi and not after. I will share if it works or not as soon as I will be at home.
