As good as you get around a house probably. You could extend it but it would mean having a big yagi antenna on the rx side to boost the signal.
Just off the phone = not very far about 50m.

I would suggest sending a few units to well-known and respected reviewers. Unbranded quadcopters with pretty much standard features aren't likely to generate much in the way of sales given the range of options available in the market.

I would agree with rick about getting a respected review for what looks like a clone.

This clone looks a better bet with a dedicated controller. Not seen much good said about phone controls.
