Need help Noob Wizard X220

Hello.

I need some help here.
This is my first quad, so i have followed guides on YouTube on how to set it up.

The transmitter works in Betaflight, and all channel's look ok.

I have calibrated the ESC's and it looks to be ok.
I can run the motors individually in Betaflight and they seams to work ok.

But when i try to fly it, this happens?

I wont lift from the ground, and the motors run unevenly. It is the same in stabilizer mode as horizon or acro.

Looks like the propellers are on backwards. You're getting downward thrust, when you should be getting upward thrust. Check to make sure that the propellers are on the right motors. Propellers have different pitches for each motor. If you don't have the manual, check on the internet for your quad's model.

Yah hard to say because of matching rpm and frame rates on the camera if everything is locked down well sometimes appears props aren't spinning. Looks like right prop orientation to me but would be sure all the prop nuts are tight and that the motors are spinning the correct direction. Usually if it's just one wrong prop or just one motor going wrong direction it will flip over on trying to take off so guess is at least two things are going in the wrong direction for it to be pinning itself to the ground.

I have checked that and also the direction of the motors. And they should be ok, but i will check this again.
When i first arm it, it is just as it almost want to lift. But then one or two motors start to slow down and eventually stops.
In my video, i have almost full throttle at the end and one motor is not moving at all.
If i turn it off and switch it on again all motors are running again.

But i will check the motors and propellers again to make sure.

Yah only other thing I can think of is accelerometer calibration (button in first screen of betaflight) make sure arrow on 3d model points forward and when on level surface run calibration and make sure looks flat.

Oh I guess one other thing can make sure ESCs are calibrated not hard to do but maybe find a vid, basically props off battery disconnected put throttle to full in betaflight, then plug in battery (should hear some beeps) then drop throttle to 0 (should hear beep).

Have checked the motors and propellers again, and they are correct.
Now when i tried the right back motor stops, even at full throttle.
When i throttle down to 0%, one motor keeps revving up.
If i disarm, and arm again it is working for a little while then stops again

Yes, is callibrated. And all motors works fine (i think) when running individual or all of them in Betaflight

Having motors go up and down a bit on the bench or on the ground is normal but shouldn't be near 0 when throttled up. Might just see about an exchange if possible since this is supposed to be "ready to fly" I think, it could be ESC has some problem though I haven't ever seen this exact behavior before from that so hard to guess.

If the quad had memory for black box logging then you could capture that and upload then can get some more info on input vs motor speed etc. but none of the typical things if props and motors are right.

I had Blackbox turned on, downloading it from the "Onboard flash" now.
8MB and takes for ever to download

Dont know if this has something to do with it, but when looking at for example Joshua Bardwell setting up a Wizard x220 he has a CPU load at 25%.
Mine is around 75%.

Sweet quad bro love the wizard! Is it just the regular x220 or is there an "s" or "hv" after, that matters as they are all built with different components.

If it's just the regular wizard, set your esc protocol to oneshot125 and do a calibration. Hook up the betaflight and blheli, make sure your min, mid and max throttles are all the same for all 4 motors.

If your still having issues, re-calibrate the escs several times (with props off of course). I've had the "multi-calibrate" procedure work more than once lol. Good luck!

I have recallibrated in Betaflight again.
And also in the motors menu, i have tried with the receiver on. And all motors do as they should.
Min throttle is set to 1050, and in starts at that.
And all motors go up to 2000.

Have checked the propellers several times, (have blisters from takin them on/off).

Any other ideas?
Feels like it wants to take off just when i arm it, then it just freak's out.

Can it be a bad battery?

Measured my battery and it shows: 7,45Volt (3S)
Cell 1: 3,72V
Cell 2: 3,72V
Cell 3: 7,45V

Does this means it is garbage?

That ain't right and cell 3 makes no sense, no way can a single cell charge to 7,45V . Right after charging your total voltage should be ~12+ volts (12.6.) How are you measuring the voltage?

If i messure the Xt60 contact it shows 7,45V.
When i messure the cells, i messure on the charge cable, black to red 1, back to red 2, black to red 3.

Xt-60 is going across all the cells in the pack should be no less than 9V on a 3S, when measuring on the balance lead measure two pins next two each other starting at the black, each pair of pins will show you one cell.

I only have 2 cells showing: 3,72V. And the third one showing 0V.
Also that makes ~7,45V.

Could this be why my quad wont lift from the ground ?

Yah could definitely cause some issues maybe one cell got punctured or something typically don't want them ever to get pulled below 3.0V per cell so usually safest to land around 3.7V per cell (resting voltage not while under load). Would say drain and recycle or otherwise dispose of the battery safely get a few fresh ones and keep an eye on the voltage

Yes there is no way 7.45V will lift it, if the 2 cells were fully charged to 8.4V, maybe.
