Motors won’t spin

Hay so I can’t get my motors to spin even when armed

Well, you haven't given us much info to go on, but the lack of the final two beeps means the ESC is not receiving throttle commands from the flight controller. Is this a new build or was the ESC(s) previously working? Also, are we talking about a 4-in-1 ESC? And what flight controller are you using. The more info we have, the easier it is to help

If it looks like it, smells like it, tastes (yuck) it, it probably is do do! OK, I realize that that was a crappy answer!

I’m using a mamba f405 mk2 stack from a pnp diatone gtr mk3
Bought it recently as my first 5inch
when I first plugged it into beta flight I could use the Motor tabs test thingy and spin each motor when I had the Lipo plugged in.
I have since updated the firmware and connected a spm4650 receiver and can arm the quad but now even in the motor tab in beta flight they won’t spin

Try flashing cleanflight 2.2 if possible, this firmware works good on older boards like your f405.
