What are the chances that a LiPo is still good after being shorted for under a second, it melted off the battery plug (more like de-soldered as the wires were not left in the plug) and something smoked (Quadcopter is fine so probably the battery). I hooked it up backwards because I have two stab ends instead of 1 LiPo end on the quad's side (I will have one real end shortly), and the neither the ESCs or MCB were not damaged. I assume that is because there are diodes on the leads (lucky for me), which means that the battery was in a dead short. Can I just repair the end and the battery be fine?
