I have a Holy Stone F181W and the camera won’t work while in flight. I can turn the camera on while on the ground but then the motors won’t start up. Once I turn the camera off with my phone, the motors will run again. I’ve looked at the instructions and can’t find a solution. What am I doing wrong?

how long have you had it? did it ever work correctly? is it new? if so it must have a fault..... can you return it or swap it for another it sounds faulty to me

The problem sounds like it's not syncing with the phone. Try adjusting or re calibrating the WiFi on the phone, try another phone. Was the old phone of the same type/brand as the new one? You might need to check with the carrier to see if there is some setting that needs to be adjusted. Otherwise, there may not be a solution.
