Help please! Eachine Racer 250

I have an Eachine Racer 250 Drone and one of my capacitors, I'm assuming for one of my ESCs, broke off. I bought a replacement but I have no idea how to determine witch way to solder it on to the frame, back inline with the ESCs. Does it matter witch way, the polarity, I solder the two leads on the tiny capacitor back to the board? If so, how do I determine witch post is witch, + and - on my board and/or capacitor?? I know very little about electricity and how to go about testing somthing like this. Please help!

I figured out how to determine the polarity of the capacitor but Iv yet to find a good power distribution board schematic that will help me determine whitch post is + and - on the board itself. Will a simple multimeter suffice for figuring that out? Maybe just crank a little power to the ESCs with the throttle on the transmitter and touch the multimeter leads to them??

What esc's does that come with? I'm sure they are only 12a, wouldn't it be easier to just buy a new 10 dollar esc?

I'm just gonna use the info I have and a multimeter and go for it. It's really the only option I have. Besides little things like this, I really do love the thing. Excellent RTF package for the price in my option! Plu it flies great out of the box and has a good bit of power.

I have the Racer 250. I have the top plate off right now while waiting for an RX. First, can you look at the other ones to determine which way it goes on? A multimeter will tell you the polarity (+ and -) if you power it up, but I can see they all face the same way on mine. Also I've been reading that guys hot glue them to help keep them in place.

Iv looked at a bunch of pictures of the same quad online and it appears to me that the 2 capacitors for the CW motors face one way and the 2 for the CCW face the other.

Standing behind the quad looking down at it, which position motor is it? (Left front, left rear, RF, RR)

Im new to this stuff, but as I understand it, You have a power /red, ground /black and yellow/ BEC. Get a multimeter, because if you stay in this hobby you will eventually need one. If you had one you could ohm the red wire through the board to the point on the capacitor contact, you could find the ground that way too, or you could power it up and find power and ground. If you tell me which position you are trying to replace I could tell you which contact is power and which is ground on my Racer 250.

I like mine, but I'm not a fan of the locked I6 controller. The less common design is what drew me to it. If I were to advise someone, I tell them to get the racer, but find your own controller and or even buy the racer and monitor but avoid the controller, but I guess that defeats the purpose of a RTF version.
