can you charge lipos at less than 1C?

so i got a 50 W charger, and if I charge 3 1500mah batteries, that's 1.5 amps * 3 = 4.5 amps

but then 4.5 amps * 12.6v for each lipo is 56.7 watts which is more than my 50watt charger.

So if I wanted to charge 3 lipos on a parallel board, could I charge them at like 3.5 amps?

Don't you mean miliamps? That's miliamphere hours. I think 3.5 amps is going to blow your socks off.

You should be fine, the charger will just provide what it can.

Hi charging at a lower rate will not harm a lipo charging at too high a rate will damage the lipo, the same as over discharging the lipo, Like Jackson said the charger will give all it can so may take a little longer to charge
