I suggest you get hte full sized KK2.1.5, get the quantum v2 instead, it is 200% better, what are you building, a quad, tri or what? Also can you provide links?

Check your soldering for the offending ESC, check that all of the joints look good, and that everything is wired correctly, how hot is it getting, too hot to touch, or just about that? Also may try calibrating them again.

The 4-in-1 ESCs are fine, but I have heard a lot of problems on them, and if one has a problem you have to buy a whole new one. Also you cannot flash them with a better firmware. Nevertheless they are tidy, and easy.
