    Motor rotation

I was just wondering if it holds true that all three wires from the motor connecting straight with the three from the esc will spin ccw, and with one crossed it will spin cw? Or does it for some reason depend on the brand of motor? Knowing this will make it much easier to build arms using...

Don't get your hopes up buying from China for the next few days

Chinese new years is like 5 days long *sigh*. I don't know where they get the reputation that all they do is work, the whole damn country shuts down on their holidays.

    New Battery Recommendations

I guess time will tell for me, but the fact that it didn't puff after they dropped it to almost under 8v leads me to believe that they will hold up pretty well

    Need the "pros" advice!

2400 kv seems strange for 2204, they should be 2300. Does it say anywhere what kind of motors and esc's those are specifically? Make sure the motors aren't going to pull more than 12 amps, but with 5030 props it probably won't. It's too late for me to think properly at the moment but I don't...

    Need the "pros" advice!

At the risk of being outclassed (again) by someone much more knowledgeable than myself, as long as you have a Spare reciever laying around you can't do much better than that for 120 usd, especially with your situation. Motors are a bit small, 2206 would be nice but other than that it's very...

    Need the "pros" advice!

For what you want, I'm not really sure. There are people here that are more into what you are looking for, but for me it's less filming and more racing. I use a cc3d board, but a lot of people like this for the built in display...

    Need the "pros" advice!

Ahh, do you know of a youtube channel called rcmodelreviews? I think that guy is in south africa, maybe you could contact him and see how he does it? (I believe he is in south africa, could be way off though). But hobbyking also has an international warehouse, i would check it out either way

    Need the "pros" advice!

Where is local to you? I can't seem to find prices for anything on the site, unless R stands for rupees or something (isn't that what Russians use? Idk). But either way the whole site kinda gives me a sketchy vibe, nothing has reviews or really good descriptions. Have you looked at hobbyking...

Looking to build a soldering station

Yeah I've had my new one for like 2 days now (gotta love primes free 2 day shipping), and it's great. It was only 30 bucks and it holds its heat super well, I haven't had to turn the heat knob more than half way up yet for anything. For 30 bucks it comes highly recommended

Looking to build a soldering station

I figure it's time to get new soldering gear, instead of using the giant sears iron from 1990 that I found in my basement. Will 60 watt be sufficient? The one that I've been using says 150 watt, but I don't know if I belive it because it takes forever to heat up and it cools super fast. I'm...

Does fatshark make osd telemetry modules?

I'm looking for something like this http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__43165__HobbyKing_E_OSD_EU_warehouse_.html But preferably something that I wouldn't have to wire into the already existing system that fatshark uses, I feel like having to wire in something yourself defeats the...

Does fatshark make osd telemetry modules?

I'm thinking about getting the predator v2 bundle, as it comes with everything you need and it's all plug and play (plus it seems like I can either buy the goggles for 200, or get goggles, camera and transmitter for 250, it's a no brainer). But my question is: since everything is so streamlined...
