It all looks good, though I might suggest that you buy the DYS ESC and motor bundle to save a little bit of money, or get the multistar elite motors for almost the same price and a lot better build quality.

Will not work as you need a tail servo to control the yaw axis any time you have an odd number of motor/props. Also it would require the motors to be in a different place relative to each other and the flight controller, which would require modification of the stabilization's math/algorithm...
