Wow is there a lot of fpv stuff to choose from

I can have partial signal and partial static. I can fly with some static. It's not an all or not type of thing unless you have blue screen equipment, and in that case I would want the higher mw. 600mw has more punch through trees so if you plan on flying through stuff you may want to think...

Wow is there a lot of fpv stuff to choose from

Welcome to the FPV world! What aircraft are you working on? Most of the time it is best to use 2 dedicated cameras. One for fpv, and one for video. I used immersion 60omw vtx with the fatsharks I used to own. (Moved to headplays) Make sure the one you chose is compatible with fatshark since...

    Gimbals

You should be able to map out an aux channel to one of your switches. This will allow you to plug your gimbal signal lead into that channel to be controlled by the switch you set up. Which radio do you have?

Fully autonomous quadcopter for indoor flight

An interesting idea but not an easy one. I would start with the smallest one that would support keeping all of the hardware in the air for a few minutes. Seems like if this comes with an onboard sdk you would be 80% complete. (Intel collision detection unit) ff to 2:00

Newbie, Wants a Racing Quad with GPS

A naza has a barometer to hold altitude. You could save some cash by getting one without the gps puck.

Newbie, Wants a Racing Quad with GPS

Have you thought about a barometer instead of gps? Gps is for position hold, and return to home functionality. A barometer would hold altitude while you fly around.

1 wire or 3 to FCB

Only on the first one then just the signal wire on the remaining 3.

Newbie, Wants a Racing Quad with GPS

I installed a naza on mine once just playing around. It was super stable, but not sure how much it will teach for acro. It almost seems better to get a cheap quad to learn on with the money you would spend on the naza unless you plan on building an AP craft once you get used to the controls...

DJI Phantom III Loss of video feed

These are just opinions and really are not worth much. I would get what you are happy with, and enjoy flying.

DJI Phantom III Loss of video feed

I would get it fixed. Is yours the 4k model? The typhoon lacks when compared to the quality of video imo. Nothing I have seen on youtube has impressed me. I am about to purchase the p3p :D

    Guidance and advice please

I think it would fly fine unless you decided to start adding gear. If it is a new build I would at least go with 2216 or larger to cover future functionality. I had 3508/415kv, 6s, 12x42, and 2814/770kv, 4s, 10x5 and it flew like a champ with both. It seemed more powerful with the 4s setup...
