yuk yuk and a Ho Ho Ho

Such is life... One day your drone will take out the trash, launder your clothes, feed your dog and f... your wife. You're screwed!

    ZipZap Drone won't start

I remember my first control-line airplane. It was a plastic model P51 and had an .089 glow engine. It was so under powered, it crashed more times than it flew. Story of my flying career. I crash my quad into trees more than it flying or even hovering.

Excuse me for sounding dumb, but what is a Zip & Zap drone?

Not a Quad..........but no power required "powered flight"

No fuel? Even an ION Drive has a fuel source.

Not a Quad..........but no power required "powered flight"

As my Physics Instructor once pointed out, "Nothing is Impossible, just Highly Unlikely..."

    Drones on Mars

I'm sure NASA will come up with some material that will be light and unbreakable for the props.

    Drones on Mars

I own quads like I do cars. I buy them and fly them same as buying them and driving them. Someone else can worry about putting them together.

    The Phantom 3 Has arrived

Yes, I know that. That's why Parachutes work! A drone is not a bowling ball or a feather, but will approach the terminal velocity quickly as it has a low drag coefficient.

    The Phantom 3 Has arrived

Having reluctantly studied Physics in college, I learned that the Acceleration of an object by the effects of Earth's Gravity is 32 feet per second per second. That means that in the first second of downward free fall, the velocity of an object (not a feather), however, is 32 feet per second...

    The Phantom 3 Has arrived

Become well versed in its flying and flight characteristics. Imagine, for a moment, hovering over your neighbor's car at 400 feet and the battery dying. It would be like dropping a brick from 400 feet. BOOM!

    Drones on Mars

If someone like me programmed it for an autonomous mission, it would never get out of the first tree it found.

I don't fly bugs let alone use their cameras.

    Need Help with Terms

If I knew any of these, I could probably fly an F-22 Raptor too.
