Racerstar has all sort of options. Those 810kv I provided as an example for a question will work better for your case. What esc are you using? (20, 30, 40amps?) The trend is lower KV, bigger quad.

Lower KV will be even better. Maybe you can clear something up for me as well since were on the topic.. using these 810KV motors as an example, is the load current provided in the description for one motor or all four? If it is for one, I would imagine the ESC would become the limiting factor...

Racerstar 960KV Motors or lower KV will do the job. I am using these on a 450 build right now as well.

I had better luck connecting the signal wires from the camera directly to the VTX, at least with the Eachine VTX03. So I would connect Camera to 12V and Gnd on PDB. Connect the VTX to 5v and Gnd on PDB. Then connect the signal wire from the Camera to the signal wire to the VTX. I will double...

I had some issues with the same VTX. My problem was that I wasn't setting the channels correctly. The directions can be complicated. I don't know what you are doing to change the channels so here are the VTX directions for the Eachine VTX03 so we can all refer to instead of searching the web...

You will need a VTX (like the pic Jackson posted) to connect to the goggles. Get the goggles as soon as possible.. or hop on a simulator to practice. Flying line of sight will feel totally different than FPV. Good goggles are pricey, though. I have been using these Eachine Goggles for the last 2...

Sounds like you just need some Motors, ESCs, and Props. Some 380kv Tarot motors on a Tarot frame might look sharp.. There are even some 40A Tarot ESCs to go along with them motors. Or you can always settle for the cheaper 380kv Racerstar motors

Good to know. I have the Syma X5, and its been fine. Kind of a toy compared to my others, but it was one of the first. Family members enjoy flying it. I wont let them touch my DIY builds.:p
