    Editing Videos

Thank you. Once I solve the choppy video issue, I will most certainly check this one out.

    Editing Videos

OK - now we're getting somewhere. I'm beginning to get it. Thanks Dr. A and Kent for those last two posts. Let's progress to my next question: can editing fix my choppy/jerky video problem?

    Editing Videos

Sigh - thank you, but once again: All this is great, but if you don't want to do all you describe here, do you have to edit your videos?

    Editing Videos

Are they easy to use for someone who has never edited a video in his life before? In other words, moi.

    Editing Videos

I realize it is worthwhile - but is it necessary? Editing can always improve anything, but can videos be viewed and shared without any editing? That's my question.

    Editing Videos

Is it necessary to edit quad videos? Do you edit your videos? If you do, what editing program do you use?

    Jerky Video Scene Transition

Nope. Just as bad as before viewing it with this viewer. I haven't checked yet for MOV v. MP4. Maybe that's it. I'll check.

    Jerky Video Scene Transition

You have to physically move the quad during the IMU calibration process to the various positions as illustrated on the screen. I was thrown off by a video I saw where the video...

    Jerky Video Scene Transition

My computer is a couple of years old - maybe three tops. It seems to hold up OK in most respects. I haven't set the MOV/MP4 settings yet. I'll give 'em a look.

    IMU Calibration Problem

Little problem calibrating my IMU. Phantom 4. I got to the screen where you hit Calibrate. I put the quad down on a perfectly flat surface and hit "Calibrate." I was going fine until it got almost to the end, and then it just sat there. It never finished. I turned everything off and then...

    Jerky Video Scene Transition

This is a great video - I like this guy. He's straight forward and you can understand him. He also covers everything. Thanks.

    Jerky Video Scene Transition

So that means that even though I am using a 4K micro chip, I can still set my setting to film at some lesser level?

    Jerky Video Scene Transition

As Johnny Carson used to say, I did not know that. Thank you.

    Jerky Video Scene Transition

I am getting a 4K microchip. Does that mean I MUST film in 4K? Or can I downgrade my settings a bit and still use the 4K chip?
