That is an excellent video link, but your advice about "landing blindly and going for a walk to find your quad" would fail in my neck of the woods: I often find RTH very helpful.

I don't know much about telescopes but I have used wheelbarrows. I noticed yours has 2 wheels & think that is a good design for the load. Therefore I deduce the rest of the assembly is also well made.

I agree with the love for single action Rugers. My .44 mag. was by far the most accurate handgun I ever owned. Although the owner's manual warned against disconnecting one of the two springs inside the handle, I read that as a hint & discovered an ideal trigger pull.

Shooting & reloading is popular in my home too. We had a scoped "Chipmunk" 22 that was passed down to each kid. A favorite game was to compete with dad & his pistol to see who could pop the most balloons. About the only shooting I do anymore is when they come for a visit as target practice...
