    WTB Soldering service

Hey bro I've been there I'm sure there is a simple fix for your problem, I've never had the taranis but I've used the radiomasters which were modeled off the taranis. What exactly is the problem?

    WTB Soldering service

The only way to get back to the original firmware is to re-flash to the original, factory reset will not change firmware.

I don't know much about ardupilot but I thought that firmware had a self tuning mode you could put on a switch?

    Newbie.

Taranis uses 2 different protocols accst and access or something. It gets dicey choosing receivers for those lol.

What happened to this stack? I need a new one...

Wow how to you manage to catch it on fire? I always go for the cheaper components myself and never have problems but some folks swear by the more expensive.

    Noob help please.

You're quite welcome, the only dumb question is the one you don't ask lol. That fcb comes with a well drawn easy to read pinout sheet, you're lucky. There have been times where I've had to scour the internet looking for diagrams and come up empty handed and have to ask too so don't be shy...

    Noob help please.

It shows all the receivers hooking up through rx1 and tx1 so that should work for sbus.

    BetaFPV Cetus(please help!)

Oh yeah also some of those toy grade drones had a way of recalibrating the gyro. I think I recall doing this to my syma x8c way back in 2016. You turn everything on and hold both sticks down and to the left or something then it beeps or lights start blinking or something telling you the gyro is...

Inherited a DIY quadcopter and I have no idea how to make it work!!

You'll have to figure out what firmware that flight control board (fcb) uses and see if you can still get a configurator. I've never heard of that board before, looks old lol. Plug into configutor, check that rx is receiving signal into fcb, check that motors are working, then check that an arm...

    ESC 4in1 choice

No you got a small detail wrong. When it's a 4in1 esc the amp rating is per esc so a 40amp 4in1 can actually pull 40 amps per so 160 amps if you add it all up. 40 amp 4in1 is overkill for 10 amp motors but it will work. Just don't want to use escs the are rated less amps than the motors pull...

I don't seem to have enough torque to start the motors spinning

You could try to increase the min throttle in betaflight

    Mini whoop crossfire suggestion

Your choices are to either: 1. Build it yourself installing receiver of your choice. 2. Hope someone has the kwad you want with the receiver you want in stock or 3. Find someone who custom builds kwads to your specs. Cyclonefpv.com used to do this, he will even build your kwad live on youtube...

    Omnibus f4 nano v6

You can hook the battery to the frame, power the escs from the frame then either solder the signal wires into the fc or make a harness that plugs your signal wires into your fc. On a side note, I did something similar and it worked fine until I drilled some holes through the frame to mount a...
