ZMR250 FRSKY x4r not working

My issue is the naze32 rev5 is not sending signal to the rec'r. The receiver is binded, and telemetry is working. I have power to it. I'm using Base Flight.

i hooked up a non-Sbus reciever and still no control between the Radio and the quad. Same issue with Cleanflight.

I am able to test the motors when the USB is plugged in.

I did the hack to not have to flip the signal. I can not find a good youtube video, as my thought is it something between baseflight and the NAZE

Do you have sbus selected as the receiver mode?

I'm not 100% sure but in cleanflight CLI, it would not except PPM command or SBUS, and only RX Parallel receiver could be selected. I think it must be the Naze. So I used my V8r7-II, and was able to power up the motors. But when at full throttle it would not lift, and eventually tilted and broke the props. and the prop nut was spun off, so I think i had the props wrong. but I will recheck the motor to ensure they are spinning the correct directions. I have another Naze Rev6 that I might swap out with the Rev5 from MultiRC im currently using.
