Z5 drone cannot connect to remote

Hi, I had a crash and after that I cannot connect drone to remote. When I turn the drone white Led are on, blue LED are on. Drone connect to phone and I can see that camera is working, but when I turn the remote and push the left joystick up and down nothing happened on drone and the phone show no battery on control or drone. Can any body help me?
 
I am assuming you have a SJRC Z5 drone. ( Please be specific when you describe the make and model of a drone. There are thousands of makes and models in the market.)

I used to have a sjrc z5. I lost it to a tall tree.
If I remember correctly, the Z5 drone can be flown with the phone instead of using the remote control. ( I never try to fly any drone with the phone. So, I am not sure if my memory is accurate.)
Turn on your drone, then open the drone's app from your phone. Find out if you can fly the drone with the phone.
If you can fly it, then the drone must has lost the ability to pair/bind with the controller due to the crash it had.

That's my supposition. I don't claim expertise on the issue.

Hello, i am new on the forum, i have same problem, both battery full, no remote connection, wifi ok, message on app "remote control low voltage"
Did you find a solution ?

Assuming that you had flown the drone before without issue...... until now.
Assuming also that you know you can fly the drone with your phone instead of the remote control .
If yes, try and see if you can fly the drone that way.
If successful then ..............

RE : both battery ful
If that is true, then the message "remote control low voltage" suggests a faulty remote control.

I have no fix for that, except a suggestion ....... buy a sjrc z5 remote control as replacement.
