X21 headless problem

I have a Bayangtoys X21 that I love flying. I also like using the headless mode. Well, it no longer works. The transmitter will beep indicating that it is initiated and the lights on the drone are flashing to indicate that it should be working but it doesn't. Does anyone know if the problem is in the transmitter or the quad. I opened up both of them to see if there was anything electrically obvious wrong and found nothing. Anybody have any ideas?

Seriously, forget about "headless mode" Once you get used to it, you'll find it hard to fly normally. What happens when you upgrade to a quad which doesn't have "headless"? You'll be flying into trees and walls very quickly. It's like buying a new car and finding the indicator switch is on the opposite side to the car you used to drive. You'll be forever (at least for a while) switching the wipers on.

Try to learn how to fly your quad backwards. When it's flying toward you the controls (left and right) are reversed. This is something fixed wing pilots have to contend with, along with most quad flyers. It's just a matter of getting used to it until it becomes second nature. No matter how good a pilot is, sooner or later he'll lose concentration and forget he's not in headless mode. I've seen too many flyers lose their quads because of that switch.
