WTF just happened???

I barely took off, it started to wobble a little bit, then it started to do barrel roles at high rotational speed before smashing into the ground. The were no external factors affecting the flight except a slight breeze. Has anyone seen something like this before?

I was flying an Eachine EB 185.

Since I'm totally new at this, no. I did not. I went back to the shop where I bought it and the guy there offered to fix it for me and explained that some sensors need recalibration after a hard crash. So I think I know what I did wrong (or just didn't do) at this point.
