wltoys v303 transmitter binding

I have just bought a wltoys v303 replacement transmitter. But I cannot get the replacement bind to my seeker. It just cannot communicate to the seeker.
I have tried to on the transmitter and then plug the battery to the seeker but cannot get them to bind together.
Could anyone help me to get the wltoys v303 transmitter bind to my seeker.

Why did you get a new transmitter? Did the old one stop working?

Old transmitter i suspect the right side respond not good so I buy a new one to check whether the old one is it defective.
