will these motors work for a dji f450 frame

i am trying to build a quadcopter and i am new to this so i am going as cheap as possible for my first build i bought some 2400 kv motors then was told those are for smaller quads i was told to get something in the 900 kv range so i found these i was wondering will these http://www.ebay.com/itm/Silver-2212...CCW-for-DJI-/111562090864?hash=item19f99e6970 work and if so what esc should i get to match

As far as the ESCs these look to be the same, but in a fancier wrapper (same specs.)

But note they ship using ePacket, a USPS service. This usually cuts ship times in half compared to typical slow China Post.

FWIW this guy (who I like) uses those motors you linked to (or reasonable facsimiles) on a few of his builds. He said the last set he grabbed on auction were ~$15 for 4. He has a boat load of multi rotors to choose from though, so he may not be overworking them.
