Why nobody is jumping on this

My apologies if this belongs in another forum. Some other forums I belong to in other hobbies have a section devoted to "Look what showed up on eBay/Craigslist" and whether it looks authentic, is it a good deal, or anybody looking for one of these?

This showed up on eBay and I assumed that somebody would jump on it, but I'm not smart enough to know what's wrong with this deal. The description says it's only missing the battery and so it can't be tested, which really means something is wrong and it doesn't work. Still, aside from physical damage, what could be wrong with this that couldn't be resolved and what's the most expensive repair it could possibly need? Nobody has bought this and it's been out there for a while, so I assume there's something I'm missing.

I don't know if that's the best quadcopter at full retail, but for $99 and another $50 worth of repair, wouldn't this be a great quad for the money?

My biggest fear would be salt water damage that was not addressed immediately.

It is missing both batteries! Ok I can understand the quad battery missing.
Why is the controller battery missing?? If its not a consumer removable battery??

Ehhhh...flip a coin hahaha

Good luck

hehe, did you buy it OP? or did somebody else snipe it? Though i personally would avoid anything sold "as is" or "untested" because a lot of times sellers on ebay know it's broken/doesn't work and they say "untested/as is" so you can't file a dispute.... lot of scummy people out there!

Untested haha.
So the seller is just to lazy to test it and be able to ask a lot more money..... right lol
That logic evades me. Scummy is right.

Good luck to that buyer, hope he can get it working.
