Which ESC Should I Choose!?

Hello, Im currently in the part choosing stage of building a 250 fpv racing (fun racing not competitive) quadcopter. Iv already built a 500mm quadcopter so I know the basics but I'm stuck on what ESC I should get for my 250.
I have chosen the Emax Mt2204 II 2300Kv Cooling series motor.
I will be running 5 inch props with a 3 and/or 4s lipo.
I would like the esc to be easy to use ie. doesnt need a lot of fiddling and flashing and settings programming to set up, however if it needs to be done for top performance I dont mind.
My budget is anything under 10/11$/£/Euro.

The two ESC's I have in mind are the Afro Race Spec 20A ESC and the ZTW Spider Series 18A Opto.

Can anyone recommend these? Are they compatible and run smoothly with a CC3D and my chosen motors?

If anyone has any other suggestions I would love to hear.

I'm running afro 12a with my multistar elite 2204s, they seem to run pretty great. I haven't done any comparisons yet (though I mean to), but a 1khz refresh is faster than what my cc3d considers "high speed" or whatever, I can't remember the exact figures for what that is. Sorry if this last part doesn't make much sense, I just woke up lol.
