When I push my right thumstick to the left my drone flys to the right.

In cleanflight I changed my yaw angle by 180 degrees because of the orientation of my USB. The arrow indicating which direction is forward is pointing strait backwards. Now the issue I'm having is that my right thumb stick is inverted. Pushing towards the right causes the drone to drift left.
 
You can reverse yaw in the receiver settings or flip it in your radio, if your radio supports that.
