When do I get a new battery?

Ok, so let me get thing strait.
I plug the Parallel Charging Board in to the iMAX B6AC charger and then pug my batteries

in to the white plugs on the charging board

This is what I use

Except mine has XT60 connectors.
& I have 6 XT60 - XT30 connectors for my small 400mah Lipo's. I can do 6 of these in half hour on 2amps.

Yes it is fused. Looks just like a car fuse.
